East End offers a Circuit Class on Monday evenings and Yoga on  Monday and Thursday Afternoons and Wednesday evenings.  There are about 10 classes per session.  Come out and have some fun while getting into shape. These classes are suitable for those over 16. Not sure? Try your 1st class free.

 

Yoga: Classes are designed for every body. We believe that anyone can do yoga and we use modifications so that everyone can be comfortable. Our classes are welcoming for beginners, while layering modifications for those with experience. The essence of our class is to ensure that we are getting fit while respecting our bodies and havin' fun. Please bring your own yoga mat,  there is a water fountain but a personal water bottle is recommended.

 

Circuit classes: are multi-level classes where participants can feel comfortable working at their own fitness level. Classes include cardiovascular exercise, strength  and some flexibility training. We use weights, bands and exercise balls in stations during strength traning, and work together as a group during the cardio segment. This is a full body exercise class that includes fun, laughter and a respectful atmosphere. Exercise mats, weights & bands are provided. A personal waterbottle is recommended.

April Baker has been teaching at Transcona East End Community club for more years that she would like us to reveal. She is a Canfit Pro certified personal trainer, (PTS), CPR and AED, Yoga certified Level 5 with additional specialty certifications in pre and postnatal, seniors, kids and Yoga learn levels one and two. Her other intrests lie in ariel gymnastics, acrobatic, and trapeze and acroyouga as well as 7 years of martial arts training

We Offer 10 Week  Classes per Session  For Both Circuit Tranining and Yoga.

Sessions run  from : SEPTEMBER TO DECEMBER, JANUARY TO MARCH , AND MARCH TO JUNE

COST:

10 - Circuit Classes (1 Session) are $50.00 Monday Evening Only

10 - Yoga Classes (1 Session) are $ 50.00 Monday Afternoons,  Wednesday Evening or Thursday Afternoons

Do  Any 2  Sessions for  $75.00 or any 3 for $100.00

DROP IN FEE $7.00 PER CLASS , however we cannot offer this Wednesday's due to the size of class.

Zumba® Fitness with Mel B

Zumba® is a dance fitness program that involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo.

Fees:  $45 - 10 class pass and $5 Drop in, First Class is FREE!

Classes run Saturdays from 9:30 am -10:30 am
