Refund Policy for BaseBall:
For Learn to Play teams ONLY, a refund of the softball fees and the canteen fee will be made providing that the convener knows about the withdrawal prior to the fourth scheduled game and at least 48 hours notice is given for your canteen shift.
For other teams, a refund of the softball fees and the canteen fee will be made minus the applicable softball association fees providing that the convener knows about the withdrawal prior to the fourth scheduled game and at least 48 hours notice is given for your canteen shift.
Refund Policy for Soccer
A Full refund (Administration, Canteen and Soccer fee) will be made providing the teams have not been formed and submitted to the appropriate association and at least 48 hours notice is given for your canteen shift.
A refund of the soccer fees and the canteen fee will be made providing that the convener knows about the withdrawal prior to the fourth scheduled game and at least 48 hours notice is given for your canteen shift.
A partial refund of the soccer fees only will be made prior to the completion of ½ the regular schedule for injury only to be determined by East End on a case by case basis.

If you withdraw, the canteen fee will be refundable only if there is 48 hours notice given for your canteen shift.
