Transfer meeting policy

Convenors will declare all payers at each age group at the transfer meeting

Players will only be transferred to another club if it doesn't affect the good standing at their home club.

When two teams do not have enough players to form a team and have a similar number of players, the club with a coach already in place will form the team.

When both teams have a coach, unless there is a mutual agreement, the team with more players will form the team

Late-registering players will be transferred to the club with a bare minimum of players. Parents to be informed.

Frequently Asked Questions:

1. I enrolled my child in soccer and they went to their first game and didn't like it. Can I get my money refunded?

Answer: Please let the convenor know right away, but we find that some children need more time to get used to playing with other children. We will let you play 3 games before your decision is final. Please see the refund policy under Administration.. Refunds.

2. Who determines if we are playing or not?

Answer: Tune in to CJOB at 4:25 and 5:25 on game days to find out if the Winnipeg Youth Soccer Association (WYSA) games are on or not.
Please note: 3/4s and 5/6s do not follow WYSA. Coaches will determine if the game is to be played.
