Transcona East End Community Club offers a Circuit Class on Monday evenings and Yoga on Monday and Thursday Afternoons, and Wednesday evenings. There are about 10 classes per session. Come out and have some fun while getting into shape. These classes are suitable for those over 16. Not sure? Try your 1st class free.
Yoga: Classes are designed for every body. We believe that anyone can do yoga and we use modifications so that everyone can be comfortable. Our classes are welcoming for beginners, while layering modifications for those with experience. The essence of our class is to ensure that we are getting fit while respecting our bodies and havin' fun. Please bring your own yoga mat, there is a water fountain but a personal water bottle is recommended.
Circuit classes: are multi-level classes where participants can feel comfortable working at their own fitness level. Classes include cardiovascular exercise, strength and some flexibility training. We use weights, bands and exercise balls in stations during strength training, and work together as a group during the cardio segment. This is a full body exercise class that includes fun, laughter and a respectful atmosphere. Exercise mats, weights & bands are provided. A personal water bottle is recommended.
April Baker has been teaching at Transcona East End Community club for more years that she would like us to reveal. She is a Can-fit Pro certified personal trainer, (PTS), CPR and AED, Yoga Alliance 200 E-RYT and 500 RYT, a Senior Master Trainer for Yoga-Fit Worldwide with additional specialty certifications in pre and postnatal, seniors, kids and trauma sensitive classes. She is currently working on her Yoga Therapy designation.

10 - Circuit Classes (1 Session) are $65.00 Monday Evening Only
10 - Yoga Classes (1 Session) are $ 65.00 Monday Afternoons or Wednesday Evening or Thursday Afternoons
Do Any 2 Sessions for $80.00 or any 3 for $110.00

Zumba® Fitness with Mel B
Please note that this class is not run by the community club and is a private class.
Zumba® is a dance fitness program that involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo.
