Transcona East End's Carnival Hockey Tournament

The Transcona East End Community Club, a non-profit organization, will be hosting our annual Winter Carnival Hockey Tournament from February 14 - 16, 2025. The Winter Carnival and Tournament is for 6 & under and 7 & 8 House League teams.  This year we will host 12 – 6 and under and 20 – 7 & 8 teams with over 300 players from around the city and surrounding areas for a celebration of the end of the hockey season.

The Community Club is kindly asking for your support by sponsoring and/or donating to our tournament. Any contribution would be welcome and will help offset the costs for the tournament including:

  • Player of the game awards
  • Silent Auction Prizes
  • Items for player welcome/goodie bags
  • Carnival Games
  • Candy Scramble
  • Player’s lunch and/or pancake breakfast
  • Trophies & Medals

Financial donations can be made for the tournament for any of the above items too and the Winter Carnival committee can plan to have the items picked up. In recognition of your support, your business will be listed in our program as a donor. We also supply a keepsake program for the participants and offer the opportunity to advertise in our program. Last year’s program can be sent on request to view.

$500.00 Division Sponsorship (4 available) includes a full page colour ad, headline in the playoff schedule and headline for the player group.

$250.00 for a full-page ad in the program (20cm h x 13 cm w) (1/2 size of standard letter page)

$150.00 for a ½ page ad (grayscale) (10 cm h x 13 cm w)

$75.00 for a ¼ page ad (grayscale) (10cm h x 6 cm w) (business card)

Money E-transfers can be sent to admin@eastendarena.ca, be sure to include carnival 2024 and what the donation is for in the memo line. Cheques can be sent to the mailing address on to p of the letter or dropped off.

Thank you in advance for all your help and support. We would like to receive any donations, advertising or sponsorship, by February 1 to give us time to include you in our program and to bundle our Silent Auction packages and welcome bags.

Registration

 TMHA will be at East End Arena on September 5th 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm  to answer any questions and/or to collect cash payments.

- If your child intends to try out for AA or AAA they are still required to register with TMHA. A receipt will need to be shown at AA and/or AAA tryouts.

Hockey Winnipeg announced the implementation of a mandatory

RESPECT-IN-SPORT PARENT PROGRAM

 This online course must be completed before your son/daughter is registered on a team within Hockey Canada. Instructions for registration are linked below.

There is a $12.00 fee for this mandatory program

Please Note: Even if you have a Respect-In-Sport registration number as a coach, manager, or safety person you must complete the RIS Parent as well.
